Step by step instructions on setting up or changing your Multi Factor Authentication
Instructions
1. Confirm you have a COB computer account and you are using a computer connected to the COB network.
2. Open a browser, go to: https://mfa.city-buffalo.com/SecureAuth2/
3. Enter your user name and password. (This will be your sign-on to your work computer)
4. You will now have setup options for knowledge questions or phone.
5. Select and fill out your preferred authentication choice. (Keep in mind all 6 questions are required)
6. When all 6 questions have been completed, please click the "Update" button on top of screen.
Registration / changes are now completed.
