How to share screen – Windows

  1. Both MIS support and End user will need to launch the Quick Assist application via Start Menu

  1.  MIS Admin - Click Assist another person

  1. Provide eight-digit code to end user – They will need to enter code - Click Share screen

  1. Take control

  1. End user clicks Allow

  1. Session takes a few seconds to load.
  2. End remote session when done
