The article provides instructions on how to use Quick assist to remotely share screen.

How to share screen – Windows

1. Both MIS support and End user will need to launch the Quick Assist application via Start Menu

2.  MIS Admin - Click Assist another person

3. Provide eight-digit code to end user – They will need to enter code - Click Share screen

4. Take control

5. End user clicks Allow

6. Session takes a few seconds to load.
7. End remote session when done
