Jabber login

This document helps with logging into to Cisco Jabber for the first time. This is used for placing and receiving phone calls while remote.

Step 1 - Launch Jabber by clicking the desktop icon or searching for the term Jabber.

Step 2 – on the first screen enter your user name followed by @ch.ci.buffalo.ny.us , click Continue

 

Step 3 – Enter your Username/Password, click Sign In. user names are usually your first initial followed by your last name. Enter password  CHP**********

Step 4 – Jabber should log in – Click on the phone icon.

Place a call using the dial pad.
