Logging Into TeamDynamix

When trying to log into the TeamDynamix system make sure you are on the right homepage using the link below.

At the top right hand corner of the page there is a "Sign In" link.

Clicking that link will bring you to the City of Buffalo Sign In page via Microsoft 365.

Note: When using the Microsoft Edge browser, this will automatically bypass the login screens and will sign you in as your current windows user.  If you are using any other browser (eg. Chrome, Firefox) please follow the below instructions to login.

Enter your user name in the format "user@buffalony.gov", (replace the word "user" with your City of Buffalo username).
Your password will be your current City of Buffalo password.

After you log in you should be redirected to the City’s Multi Factor Authorization login page

(Please note:  for this login you will not need to put the @buffalony.gov to sign in, this will just be your username)

Login normally using your multi-factor authorization codes and you will be redirected back to the TeamDynamix portal with your name where the sign in link was.

If you are able to log in successfully, but are getting a 'Permission Denied' error, make sure the URL is still pointed to client portal and not the technician site
