Step by step instructions below on changing your Windows password Via your COB computer.
Instructions
1. Confirm your current password is working.
2. Confirm your COB computer is on, you are already logged onto your computer, and connected to the COB network. (You are on site at City Hall)
3. Press the "Ctrl + Alt+ Delete" keys on your keyboard together, you will now get the screen shown below.
4. Click "Change a password"
5. Now follow the steps on screen to change your password.
Password Requirements
- 8 characters minimum
- Need letters, numbers and special characters.
- 2 Special character, 2 Capital letter.
- Cannot have staff's members name or email in the password.
- Staff member can not use the last 5 past passwords.
Example: ?TemP1234!
