Step by step instructions below on using / changing settings for Microsoft Modern Web cam.
Instructions
1. Connect Modern Webcam via USB port
2. Download Microsoft Accessory Center from Microsoft store
or use link below. (Keep in mind link could change)

3. Once downloaded and installed launch " Microsoft Accessory Center "
4. Web cam should appear in App
5. Now you can click on camera icon / picture to make settings changes to the web cam. (turn on mic, image settings etc...)
