How we process your request
Process:
After you submit your request, MIS will:
- Review your feedback
- Determine if the feedback is actionable
- If actionable, make suggested changes
- Notify requestor upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Write your feedback in as much detail as possible.
- Include links, if applicable, when talking about specific service requests, forms, webpages
