How we process your request

3 business days to 1 week
Process:
After you submit your request, M.I.S. will:
- Review the request
- Contact you for additional information, if needed
- Examine and diagnose the issue, then troubleshoot until resolved
- Send a closeout notification once the issue is resolved
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Provide the location or identifier of the affected wallboard or digital signage display
- Describe the issue in as much detail as possible to ensure a quick resolution
