Use this form to request the pickup of an old, unused network printer.
Note: All other unneeded equipment should be dropped off in room 1201 at the designated drop-off area unless a prior agreement was made with MIS staff to have equipment picked up.

Process:
After you submit your request, MIS will:
- Review the request
- Dispatch staff to collect the old printer
- Send a closeout notification upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Please add any pertinent details about the equipment being recycled (ex: damaged, still working, etc.)
