Process:
After you submit your request, MIS will:
- Review the request
- Enable or disable the appropriate access
- Send a closeout notification upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Determine which employee(s) need or no longer need access
- Determine the share drive(s) that they need or no longer need access to
