Use this form to report any email that seems to be suspicious or appears to be a phishing attempt to extract information or money from the recipient.

  • Any City of Buffalo employee

Process:

After you submit your request, MIS will:

  • Review the reported email
  • Block email address from sending additional emails to City of Buffalo employees
  • Conduct further research about email sender to bolster the City's cybersecurity posture

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Email a copy of the suspicious email to ReportSPAM@city-buffalo.com
