Process:

After you submit your request, MIS will:

  • Review the request
  • Contact you for further information, if necessary
  • Examine/diagnose the problem, and troubleshoot until resolution
  • Send a closeout notification upon resolution

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Make note of any error messages
  • Attach a screenshot of error message (if applicable)
  • Describe in detail the issue you are experiencing
