How we process your request

Process:
After you submit your request, MIS will:
- Review the request
- Contact you for further information, if necessary
- Examine/diagnose the problem, and troubleshoot until resolution
- Send a closeout notification upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Make note of any error messages
- Attach a screenshot of error message (if applicable)
- Describe in detail the issue you are experiencing
