Overview
Use this form to request cable management for any network cables, or for enabling any disabled network ports. This can be used to secure any network cables that are hanging down, or to add a covering over a loose cable or to enable a LAN port that isn't currently connected to the network.

Process:
After you submit your request, MIS will:
- Review the request.
- Secure/Install any network cable/connections needed.
- Enable any LAN connections needed.
- Send a closeout notification upon resolution.
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Identify the room, and area where the current network connection is. (ex. Room 1301, cable is hanging from the ceiling)
- If you are enabling an ethernet port/LAN drop, we will need the ID of the port that is located on the cable or plug.
- Please add any pertinent details about the existing cables (ex: damaged, still working, etc.)
