Use this form to request an information report based on data in the Hansen/IPS system

How we process your request

2-3 business days

Process:

After you submit your request, MIS will:

• Request approval from Department of Permit & Inspection Services
• Review request
• Generate report
• Export to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
• Email report to requestor

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

• Compile a list all fields and criteria required for the report, including date range, order, grouping, etc.
