Use this form to notify MIS of any issue with the Hansen/IPS system

  • Any City of Buffalo employee

Process:

After you submit your request, MIS will:

  • Review the request
  • Investigate the issue
  • Determine if it can be solved by MIS
  • Escalate support ticket to Infor, if necessary

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Explain in full detail the changes to be made
