Overview

Use this form to request new content or assistance in modifying existing pages on the City of Buffalo, BPD, and BMHA websites, or the City's intranet.

Note: Departments are responsible for modifying their own web content on the public web site. You can use this form to request changes that may require more technical expertise and MIS will contact you to assist.

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

3-5 business days (depending on complexity)

Process:

After you submit your request, MIS will:

  • Review the request
  • Reach out for any additional content and other layout information from the Department
  • Make changes or guide the department in making the changes themselves

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Write out the content (words) you want on the page and in all of the sections
  • Determine where on your webpage you want new content to be placed
