How we process your request
Typical resolution time:
14-60 business days
Process:
After you submit your request, MIS will:
- Review the request
- Contact you for further information, if necessary
- Create or modify configuration(s) / Request Type(s)
- Send a closeout notification upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Determine if you need a new Request Type or a new configuration in the 311 system.
- Provide all pertinent information required to create or modify a Request type(s) / configuration(s).
