Process:
After you submit your request, MIS will:
- Review the request
- Use Verasmart software to produce the report
- Send report and closeout notification upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Know extension numbers, time frames, type of call (incoming/outgoing) that you want to report on
