Overview
The purpose of this form is to report a printer that is not working properly, e.g., can't connect to network, missing IP address, need printer driver installed, out of toner/ink, paper jam, printer physically broken, etc.

- Any City of Buffalo employee
How we process your request
Typical resolution time:
1-3 business days (depending on severity of issue)
Process:
After you submit your request, MIS will:
- Review the request
- Contact you for further information, if necessary
- Examine/diagnose the problem, and troubleshoot until resolution
- Send a closeout notification upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Make note of how the printer is malfunctioning
Note: When describing the issue, please try to be as specific as possible, so we can resolve your issue in a timely manner.
