Overview
Use this form to request a new Wireless Access Point (AP) connection to the City of Buffalo network in a City-owned building, which enables a laptop, PC or phone access the Internet and/or city network resources.

- Any City of Buffalo employee
How we process your request
Typical resolution time:
2-3 weeks
Process:
After you submit your request, MIS will:
- Review the request
- Determine the best location for the new Access Point (AP) connection
- Install the new Access Point
- Send a closeout notification upon resolution
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Determine the installation location (building) of the new AP connection
- Provide additional information about exact physical location/room where AP connection is to be installed
