Note: This request is to configure an existing phone for a current City of Buffalo employee. If you are looking to configure a phone for a brand new employee, it is part of the "New Employee Onboarding Request" form. Please click link in related services below.

- Any City of Buffalo employee
How we process your request

1-2 business days
Process:
After you submit your request, MIS will:
- Review the request
- Create a new user in Cisco Call Manager if needed
- Add your name and phone number to the corporate directory
- Associate the user with the existing phone
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Know 4-digit extension to be reconfigured
