How we process your request

Process:
After you submit your request, MIS will:
- Automatically route the request for department head approval
- Review the request
- Verify that an existing phone can't be repaired
- Install new phone and configure for user
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Provide building and room number where phone should be installed
- Describe the reason for a new desk phone is needed
