Use this form used to configure an existing phone/corporate directory listing for a user.

Note: This request is to configure an existing phone for a current City of Buffalo employee. If you are looking to configure a phone for a brand new employee, it is part of the "New Employee Onboarding Request" form. Please click link in related services below.

  • Any City of Buffalo employee

How we process your request

Typical resolution time:

1-2 business days

Process:

After you submit your request, MIS will:

  • Review the request
  • Create a new user in Cisco Call Manager if needed
  • Add your name and phone number to the corporate directory
  • Associate the user with the existing phone

Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:

  • Know 4-digit extension to be reconfigured
