- Any City of Buffalo employee
How we process your request
Typical resolution time:
1-2 business days
Process:
After you submit your request, MIS will:
- Review the request
- Determine if a new IP drop needs to be configured.
- Install new LAN drop if needed.
- Move and configure the desk phone.
Before you submit a ticket, you will need to:
- Know 4-digit extension of the phone to be moved.
- Know the new location including desk placement where the phone will be moved to.
